Comprehensive service for more efficient production
Our comprehensive service provide a chain covering the entire production process from material acquisition, pretreatment and surface treatments to assembly and storage. We are dedicated to customize our services to the needs of the customer, bringing fluency, security of supply and targeted service to your business requirements.
We offer careful washing and surface treatment of products as part of our overall service. Versatile surface treatment options ensure that every product leaves the factory in optimum condition.
The product is washed in our own production process. Removal of oil and careful handling of the product is important, especially for products that are going to be painted. The washing machine can accommodate a product with maximum dimensions of L 1200 x W 1100 x H 1200 mm with a maximum weight of 700 kg.
After machining, the products can be surface treated, such as painted, heat treated, galvanized or special treatment. Surface treatment is done by our partners, who are specialists in their own surface treatment operations in the surrounding areas. Alternatively, we can use a surface handler chosen by our customer. Through our cooperation, we reduce the coordination time the customer spends when the product arrives ready for the customer.

Prefabricated Assemblies
Our assembly service will save your time and effort. We take care of all the details, ensuring that the parts are ready for the next production stage. The assembly of parts and components is an additional service. We make handmade assemblies that are not profitable automating. Such assemblies include fixings of bearings, seals and bolts, or fixings of pieces to each other. We also add any stickers or shields to parts. We also take care of the purchase of the necessary fastening accessories or seals on behalf of the customer. The assembled parts are packed and loaded as desired by the customer. This makes further assembly of the parts as easy as possible in the next step. .The right materials at the right time
We understand the role of material sourcing and storage in the competitiveness and supply reliability of production. We offer comprehensive storage solutions and sourcing of materials so you can focus on the essentials.
The sale of raw materials is not our core business, but its availability and stock situation are key to competitiveness and supply security. That is why we monitor material consumption over a long period and maintain our stock based on it. We can source raw materials from any part of the world if the customer needs it. We can use self purchased materials or those provided by the customer. We can also store these or the blanks for the customer to work with.
Our facilities have over 2,000 pallet places and stock racks. All of our storage facilities, including the raw materials’ storage space, are warm space. We can store materials, semi-finished and finished products on behalf of the customer. Storage is agreed on a case-by-case basis and a wider agreement is made with the customer, that may involve a wider range from manufacturing to surface treatment, assembly and storageelling raw materials is not our core business, but its availability and stock situation are essential for competitiveness and supply reliability. Therefore, we monitor the demand for materials on a long-term basis and maintain our inventory accordingly. We can source raw materials from anywhere in the world if the customer needs it. We can use our own materials or customer-acquired materials for production. We can also store these or future blanks for the customer’s processing.
Our facility has over 2,000 pallet spaces and rack storage. All of our storage spaces, including raw material storage, are heated. We can store materials, semi-finished, and finished products on behalf of the customer. Storage is agreed on a case-by-case basis, and a broader agreement is reached with the customer, which may include a wider range from production to surface treatment, assembly, and storage.R
